Parents' Support Advisor
At Baginton Fields we have Sharon Summerfield as our Parent Support Advisor and Early Help. Sharon can meet with families in school or on a home visit. Sharon works Monday to Thursday and is available by phone 02476 303854 press option 4 or email sharons@bagintonfields.coventry.sch.uk or on 07904 993 578.
Hello, I am Sharon and the aim of my role is to support families in a variety of ways to get the very best from school by providing support, advice and information to help families. I can offer support with housing, respite applications, benefit concerns or attending appointments as well as signposting to other services. I work alongside many other professionals from social and healthcare so has a wide breadth of knowledge on what is available for families.
I organise regular coffee mornings/parent groups with speakers attending from different services such as Family Fund or Cerebra.
I welcome all queries and will endeavour to support or signpost a family to services ensuring families have as much knowledge as possible.
