In association with the Board of Governors, it is my hope that you will find Baginton Fields School a supportive, caring and effective school. Baginton Fields School is the only secondary school of its type in the City of Coventry and strives hard to ensure that “Every Child Matters” and provide an education that is realistic and relevant to each pupil’s special educational needs. In many ways it can be said that the school is held in trust by its staff on behalf of the pupils who attend it.

 

The organisation of the school is carefully managed to ensure that its provision and facilities are of the highest quality and that the needs of its pupils are fully taken account of. At Baginton Fields School we work very closely with colleagues from Coventry Primary Care Trust and Coventry Social Care Services to ensure that professional’s from the various services, which cater for our pupils, work together in a consistent way. The notion of partnership between home, school and support services is essential for enabling each pupil to work towards attaining their full potential and I look forward to working with you over the weeks and months ahead.
